How it works
- Tell us the job. Project type, size, phase and how often you need us.
- Bid or schedule. One-time cleanup or a recurring schedule, with scope spelled out in writing.
- Cleanup and haul-off. Our crew clears, loads and hauls debris off site, so no extra dumpster rental is needed.
- Site left ready. Work areas are left clear and swept so the next trade or the client walkthrough can go ahead.
Safety, debris handling and recycling
Construction debris has to go to the right places, and many projects in California have CALGreen construction waste requirements that call for diversion or recycling records. We recycle concrete, metal and green waste where possible and provide disposal and recycling receipts. BRG Demolition doesn’t do asbestos or lead abatement. A licensed abatement contractor must handle asbestos and lead first, and we start after clearance. Paint, solvents, chemicals and other hazardous waste must go through licensed handlers. Our crew works in proper PPE and keeps walkways and exits clear.

Do you do one-time cleanups or recurring service?
Both. We can do a single rough or final cleanup, or set up a schedule for the length of the project.
Do I need to rent a dumpster?
No. We load and haul the debris ourselves, so there’s no separate dumpster to arrange.
Do you provide recycling or disposal receipts?
Yes. We recycle concrete, metal and green waste where possible and provide disposal and recycling receipts. Let us know your project’s requirements when you request a bid.
Do you clean up after homeowner remodels?
Yes. We clean up and haul away remodel debris for homeowners as well as contractors.
What can’t you haul?
