BRG Demolition is a licensed demolition contractor based in Camarillo, California. We take down houses, garages and commercial interiors, break out concrete, clear lots and clean up jobsites for homeowners, property owners, general contractors and developers across Ventura County and western LA County.
Owner-led, one focused crew
BRG is run by owner Bryan Gonzalez. Bryan bids the work, plans it and is on site with the crew, so there’s no hand-off between the person who sold the job and the people doing it. We’re deliberately a single crew. That keeps quality and communication consistent, and it means we’re honest about schedule: if we can’t do your job when you need it done, we’ll tell you at the bid stage.
Bryan Gonzalez started out in general construction. From there, he decided to open his own company. He founded BRG Demolition in 2021, and the company is veteran-owned.
How we work
- Written bids with a clear scope, including what’s excluded
- Permits, asbestos and utilities lined up before we start. The owner or GC usually pulls the permit, but we can pull it for you. We don’t do asbestos or lead abatement; a licensed abatement contractor must handle that first, and we start after clearance.
- Safety on every job: PPE, dust control, a clean and secured site at the end of each day
- Respect for neighbors and the property: we protect what stays and keep the street and driveway clear
- Debris handled responsibly: we recycle concrete, metal and green waste where possible and provide disposal and recycling receipts
Licensed and insured
- Licensed California contractor, CSLB #1096336, license active ยท Verify at cslb.ca.gov
- Fully insured, COI available on request.
Equipment
We run our own equipment in-house: skid steer, excavator, dump trucks and breakers. Tree and stump removal, rough grading and saw-cutting are done in-house too.

Bryan gave us a great quote, and was able to schedule us for the next day. Oscar was a great site lead, and they got the job done earlier than expected. Great company and will come back for further demo/junk removal.

Our experience with BRG Demolition was fantastic! Communication to get an estimate and schedule service was quick, polite and responsive. On the day of our project, the crew arrived on-time. Both employees were pleasant took time to explain what they would be doing. The work completed was efficiently and neatly. They did not leave a mess and performed the work exactly as discussed. I highly recommend BRG Demolition and would not hesitate to reach out to them again if we need their services in the future. Thanks so much!
