  • Concrete, slab, footing and flatwork removal, including saw-cutting
  • Site clearing and lot prep, including tree and stump removal and rough grading
  • Rough and final construction cleanup, debris haul-off

We don’t perform: asbestos or lead abatement. A licensed abatement contractor must handle asbestos and lead first, and we start after clearance. We coordinate with your abatement contractor and other trades.

Equipment

We run our own equipment in-house: skid steer, excavator, dump trucks and breakers.

Debris and recycling

We recycle concrete, metal and green waste where possible and provide disposal and recycling receipts. We don’t haul hazardous materials; those go through licensed handlers.

How to bid us

  1. Send plans, a demo scope or a walkthrough invite to bryan@brgdemolition.com.
  2. We review scope, phasing, hours restrictions and site logistics, and walk the site if needed.
  3. You receive a written bid with inclusions, exclusions and schedule assumptions.
  4. Once awarded: COI and paperwork, pre-demo coordination on permit, asbestos and make-safe, then mobilization.
